30-Day Return Policy

At Moetlo, we want you to wear your culture with confidence. If something’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered with a 30-day return and exchange policy — simple, fair, and hassle-free.

What Can Be Returned?

You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item within 30 days of delivery.
All tags must still be attached and the item should be in its original condition.

What Can’t Be Returned?

• Bespoke or custom-made items (e.g., wedding outfits, personalised prints)

• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

• Items returned after the 30-day window

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? We’re happy to help! Exchanges follow the same 30-day timeframe and are subject to product availability.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 working days.
Refunds are made via your original payment method (Payfast, EFT, card, etc.).

How to Return an Item

1. Email us at info@moetlo.co.za with your order number and reason for return

2. We’ll reply with return instructions and a courier option (if needed)

3. Send your item back to our return address

4. We’ll inspect and process your refund or exchange promptly

Return Shipping Costs

• Within South Africa: Return shipping is FREE on your first return

• International orders: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
