Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via our secure payment gateways including Payfast, EFT, or in-store card machines.
4. Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Custom and made-to-order garments cannot be returned or exchanged. Production times vary, and estimated delivery dates will be provided upon order confirmation.
5. Delivery and Collection
We offer free nationwide shipping within South Africa and international shipping at applicable rates. You may also collect your order from our store at The Mall of Thembisa upon confirmation. Delivery timelines vary by location.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days for unworn, unused items in original packaging. Custom items are excluded. To initiate a return, contact us via info@moetlo.co.za.
7. Risk and Ownership
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery. Ownership remains with Moetlo Apparel until full payment is received.
8. Warranties
We guarantee our products against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.
9. Disputes
All disputes will be governed by South African law and handled in a South African court of competent jurisdiction.
