Moetlo – Conditions of Sale

1. Overview

These Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made from Moetlo, whether through our online store or physical outlet at The Mall of Thembisa. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these conditions.

2. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per customer or order.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via our secure payment gateways including Payfast, EFT, or in-store card machines.

4. Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Personalised and custom-made garments, meaning items produced to your own specification, cannot be returned or exchanged. Every Moetlo piece is crafted on demand, but standard catalogue items remain covered by the 30-day return policy set out in clause 6. Production times vary, and estimated delivery dates will be provided upon order confirmation.

5. Delivery and Collection

We offer nationwide delivery within South Africa at a flat rate of R120, and international shipping at applicable rates. You may also collect your order free of charge from our store at The Mall of Thembisa upon confirmation. Delivery timelines vary by location.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days for unworn, unused items in original packaging. Custom items are excluded. To initiate a return, contact us via info@moetlo.co.za.

7. Risk and Ownership

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery. Ownership remains with Moetlo until full payment is received.

8. Warranties

We guarantee our products against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.

9. Disputes

All disputes will be governed by South African law and handled in a South African court of competent jurisdiction.
