What Can Be Returned?
You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item within 30 days of delivery. All tags must still be attached and the item should be in its original condition.
What Can’t Be Returned?
Bespoke or custom-made items (e.g., wedding outfits, personalised prints)
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Items returned after the 30-day window
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? We’re happy to help! Exchanges follow the same 30-day timeframe and are subject to product availability.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 working days. Refunds are made via your original payment method (Payfast, EFT, card, etc.).

Within South Africa: Return shipping is FREE on your first return
